Fall Collection Returns to CRAV Co.: Discover Our Seasonal Fall Scents

TL;DR:

The Fall Collection is back. Autumn Nights, Madagascar Cider, and Crisp Leaves, in candles, room sprays, and fragrance oils, at both studios and online while the season lasts. Prefer to build your own? The Candle Bar is stocked with seasonal oils including Pumpkin Spice, Espresso Vanilla, Apple Ginger Spritz, and Black Currant Absinthe, so you can blend a fall scent that has never existed before. And if you are a business, this is the stretch where your fourth quarter gets decided. Holiday gifting, a scented lobby, a team night, a signature fragrance of your own: all of it needs to start now to land on time. Begin under Business Solutions at cravcompany.com, or call 469-466-2876.

There is a particular morning every year when the air in the studio changes. Someone opens the first case of the season, and the room goes from bright and green to warm and spiced in about four seconds. That morning has come and gone, which means fall is back on the shelves.

Our favorite scents of the season are back, and this year you can have fall two ways. Take home the collection we already made, or come sit at the Candle Bar and build a fall scent that exists only because you made it. Both are open right now.

There is a second clock running too, and it belongs to the businesses we work with. Early fall is quiet on the outside and decisive underneath. The client gifts that arrive in December, the lobby that smells like the season when the holiday parties start, the team night in October that everyone still talks about in March: every one of those gets decided in the next few weeks. We would rather tell you that now than in the third week of November, when the honest answer becomes "next year."

CRAV Co. is a modern fragrance house based in Dallas, with a flagship studio in the Dallas Farmers Market and a second at The Star in Frisco. We make candles, room sprays, and fragrance oils; we run the Candle Bar and the Perfume Bar, and we create custom scent programs for brands across real estate, healthcare, gyms, spas, construction, high-end apartment communities, restaurants, and hotels. This is what fall looks like across all of it, and where to start.

The Fall Collection Is Back

The Fall Collection is back, in both studios and online. Three scents return each year: Autumn Nights, Madagascar Cider, and Crisp Leaves. Each one comes as a candle, a room spray, and a fragrance oil, so you can put the season wherever you actually spend time.

People ask why we bring the same three back instead of chasing something new each year, and the answer is a little unfashionable. These three are good. They sold out, guests asked for them by name in February, and a fall scent works best when it is the same one you remember from last October. A collection you can count on is worth more than a collection that surprises you.

If you have a favorite, do not wait on it. Fall runs on a short calendar and the collection is seasonal, so the window is real rather than a marketing device. You can see the Fall Collection on the site now.

Opening Weekend, and What Came With It

We wanted opening weekend to be worth showing up for, so two things ran alongside the launch. If you caught them, this is what you got.

In-store: Any Fall Collection candle bought at the Dallas or Frisco studio came with a complimentary 10 ml custom roll-on perfume, blended at our Perfume Bar. You choose the notes, we guide the blend, and you walk out with a fall candle and a fragrance that belongs to nobody else. It takes a few minutes, and it is the part guests tend to post about.

Online: Any Fall Collection candle ordered that weekend came with a complimentary room spray in the same scent. Same fragrance, two formats, so the candle handles the evening and the spray handles the school run at 7:40 in the morning.

Those offers ran with opening weekend. The collection itself stays available while it lasts, and the Perfume Bar is open every day we are, so the roll-on is still there if you want one.

Autumn Nights, Madagascar Cider, and Crisp Leaves

Three scents, three completely different moods. Here is how we would describe them if you were standing at the counter.

Autumn Nights

Warm, grounding, and a little sultry. This is the one that reads as evening. It is the scent equivalent of a knit throw and a firepit that has been going long enough to settle. If you want a room to feel slower the moment someone walks in, start here.

Madagascar Cider

Spiced apple cider with the sharp edge smoothed out by Madagascar vanilla. Most cider scents go hard on the spice and end up smelling like a candle rather than a drink. The vanilla is what keeps this one creamy and balanced, and it is the reason this scent tends to be the one people buy two of.

Crisp Leaves

Fresh, earthy, and unmistakably autumn. Crisp Leaves is the moment the air changes and the walk to the car sounds different underfoot. It is the least sweet of the three, which makes it the easiest one to run in an office, a studio, or a kitchen that already has a lot going on.

One Scent, Three Ways to Live With It

Every fall scent comes in three formats, and they are genuinely doing different jobs. Choosing well is the difference between a house that smells like fall for two hours and one that smells like fall all season.

The candle is the anchor. Our smallest candles burn 40 hours or more on clean soy wax, so one vessel carries a lot of evenings. This is the format for the room where people sit down.

The room spray is the reset. It is skin-safe and made for the places a candle cannot go, which in practice means the car, the entryway, the guest bath, the sheets before company arrives. Guests who buy one spray tend to come back for three.

The fragrance oil is the constant. Run it through a diffuser and the scent holds steady without anyone having to remember to light anything. For a business, this is the format that actually scales, which is why it sits at the center of most of our commercial programs.

Plenty of people run all three of the same scent in one home. It is not overkill. It is how a fragrance stops being an event and becomes the way a place smells.

Blend Your Own Fall at the Candle Bar

If none of the three is quite your fall, we made room for that too. The Candle Bar is stocked with seasonal fragrance oils this fall, and you can combine them into something that has never existed before.

A few of what we are pouring:

  • Pumpkin Spice: The one everyone expects, done properly rather than aggressively.

  • Espresso Vanilla: Dark, warm, and the closest thing we have to a fall scent that behaves like a dessert.

  • Apple Ginger Spritz: Bright and sharp, with enough ginger to keep it from going sweet.

  • Black Currant Absinthe: Moody, herbal, a little unexpected. The one our team keeps blending for themselves.

You sit down, you smell everything, you pick your combination, and you pour an 11 oz candle that you name yourself. Drinks are included, no experience is needed, and it takes about an hour. Two or three oils is the sweet spot, though there is no limit, and we have seen people go further with good results.

The Candle Bar runs Wednesday through Friday in Dallas and Tuesday through Friday in Frisco, with a maximum of six guests per slot. If you want the whole room to yourself, that is a private event instead, and those start at 10 guests.

Buy It or Blend It: How to Choose

This is the question we get most in the first week of September, and the honest answer depends on what you want out of the hour.

Buy the collection when you want the scent and not the project. You know Madagascar Cider works, you want it lit tonight, and you would rather spend the evening in the room than at the counter. It is the simpler of the two, and most of the time it is the right call.

Blend at the bar when the point is the time itself. A birthday, a first date, a friend visiting from out of town, a team that needs two hours together that are not a meeting. The candle you leave with is real, and it is also mostly a souvenir of a good evening. One of our guests, Spring E., described a friend's birthday here as an experience where "they don't just create products, they create moments," and that is the difference in one line.

For a business, the calculus changes again. If you need 60 identical candles for a client mailing, that is private label, not the bar. If you need 20 people to actually enjoy each other on a Thursday in October, that is the bar, or a private event at your office.

Why September Decides Your Fourth Quarter

Now the part written for the businesses reading this, which is a larger share of you than the fall candle headline suggests.

Corporate scenting has a lead time, and the lead time does not care what month it is when you finally get around to it. A signature fragrance moves through sampling rounds before it goes to production. Private label products need packaging designed, approved, produced, and shipped. Diffusers have to be specified for the room, installed, and dialed in. None of that is slow exactly, but none of it happens in nine days either.

Work backwards from the dates you already have on the calendar. Client gifts that need to land before the third week of December. A lobby that should smell like the season the night of your holiday party. A team event in October or early November, before everyone's calendar disappears. Put those on a page, count backward through sampling and production, and September is where the arrow lands. Every time.

The brands that get this right are not the ones with bigger budgets. They are the ones who started in September. That is the entire trick, and we are telling you because we would rather build something good with you in October than apologize to you in December.

Yours by December, it starts in September: CRAV Co. corporate gift set of candle, room spray, and oil on a Sept to Dec timeline

Corporate Gifting That Starts in September

Corporate gifting is the piece most companies leave until the last minute and regret most. A branded candle or room spray in a fragrance made for your company is a gift people keep on a counter, which means it keeps working for months. Compare that to the branded item that goes in a drawer on the way out of the building.

What we produce for gifting programs: candles, room sprays, and diffusers in your own scent, with packaging our in-house designer builds to your brand standards. Runs scale from a short list of top clients to several hundred units. If you want something simpler, gift cards to a Candle Bar or Perfume Bar experience work well for teams spread across cities, because the recipient chooses their own scent and remembers who sent them.

Real estate teams have been the fastest adopters here. A closing gift that smells like the home you just sold someone is a strange kind of loyalty engine, and agents reorder it. Construction firms and high-end apartment communities use the same idea at handover. Restaurants and hotels tend to skip gifting and go straight to scenting the room, which is the next section.

Starting a gifting program takes one conversation; it costs nothing, and it usually runs about twenty minutes.

Scenting Your Space for the Season

There are two ways a business handles fall, and they are not in competition.

The first is seasonal. You already have a space, and you want it to feel like autumn from October through the holidays. We can run the Fall Collection through your diffusers, or build a seasonal variation on a fragrance you already use, so returning customers register the shift without being able to name it. Retail floors, restaurant dining rooms, and hotel lobbies get the most out of this, because the season is part of what they are selling.

The second is permanent. Instead of changing the scent in October, you have a signature fragrance that belongs to your brand year-round, and fall becomes a small adjustment rather than a swap. This is the version most of our commercial partners land on eventually, and we wrote the full explanation of how one gets built in our guide to creating a signature scent for your business.

Either way, the delivery matters as much as the fragrance. Square footage, ceiling height, airflow, and how the room fills and empties all change what equipment belongs there and how hard it should run. A double-height lobby and a reception desk are different problems. Getting that right is the difference between a room that smells considered and one that smells like a candle shop.

Fall adds one specific wrinkle worth naming. Doors open more, heating cycles start, and warmer, spicier compositions behave differently in the air than the bright summer profiles they replace. A program that was perfect in July drifts in October if nobody adjusts it. Holding that steady is part of what we do rather than something we hand you a manual about.

The Industries We Scent

We build scent programs across a specific set of environments, and the brief changes completely from one to the next.

  • Real estate and residential: Model homes, sales centers, and closing gifts. The goal is a new space that feels lived in rather than new.

  • High-end apartment communities: Leasing offices, amenity floors, and lobbies where the tour is the product.

  • Construction and development: Handover packages, sales galleries, and the moment a building first opens to the public.

  • Healthcare and aesthetics: Clean, calm, and low sweetness. The air should settle a patient before anyone speaks.

  • Gyms, studios, and members' clubs: Often two moods in one building: energy where people train, quiet where they recover.

  • Spas and wellness: Soft, green, and consistent from the front desk to the treatment room.

  • Restaurants and bars: Richer and more expressive, tuned so it works with the kitchen rather than against it.

  • Hotels and hospitality: Arrival, corridors, and rooms carrying one identity, with a take-home product that extends the stay.

Our partners include Mercedes-Benz of Santa Fe, Banner House, and Legends Global, and the work runs from a single signature scent in one flagship to full programs across multiple locations. If your category is not on the list, the answer is usually still yes. We have built for stranger briefs than yours.

Back to School, Back to the Office

September resets more than the weather. Kids go back, hybrid teams drift back toward the building, and everybody's house gets busier at 7 a.m. than it has been since May.

At home, this is the season room sprays earn their keep. The entryway that collects backpacks, the car that now runs two extra trips a day, the guest room that turns into a homework room. Crisp Leaves is the one we would put in those spaces, because it is fresh rather than sweet, and it does not compete with breakfast.

At the office, the fall reset is a real opportunity, and most companies skip it. Teams coming back to a building want a reason to be there, and the physical experience of the space is a large part of that. A well-scented office reads as a place someone thought about. It is a small lever with a disproportionate effect on how a Monday feels, and it costs less attention to maintain than most of the perks companies try instead.

If your office is part of a fall refresh, this is a good month to add scent to the list, alongside the paint and the new chairs. Tell us about the floor plan, and we will tell you what the room needs.

Football Season, Tailgates, and Game Day

In North Texas, fall and football are the same season, and the hosting calendar fills up fast. Watch parties, tailgates, suite nights, and season-opener events all run from September through the new year.

For hosts, a fall candle is the easy version of making a house feel ready before twelve people arrive. Autumn Nights handles a living room full of people better than anything bright, because it is warm enough to hold its own in a busy room.

For brands, game day is one of the best activation windows of the year, and scent is an unusual thing to bring to it. A custom scent bar at a suite night or a sponsor event gives guests something to make and take home, which is more memorable than another branded tumbler. We build these as private activations, on-site, in your space, with your branding on the packaging. Members' clubs and hospitality groups run them well.

If you have a game-day event on the calendar between now and January, September is when to build it. Ask us about a scent activation, and we will build it around the date.

Team Nights and Client Appreciation

The fall stretch from late September to mid-November is the best window all year for a team event, and it closes faster than people expect. December is already spoken for. Book October.

A private event with us runs about 90 minutes and starts at 10 guests. Guided candle making, complimentary wine and refreshments, all materials included, and everyone leaves with something they made. Custom labels are available if you want your logo or the occasion on the vessel. We host at either studio, or we bring it to your office or venue.

If perfume is more your team's speed, the Perfume Experience is the same idea with a 100 ml custom fragrance at the end and luxury packaging to carry it home in.

The reason these work for teams is simple. Nobody is good at it, which means nobody can perform seniority, and after ten minutes the room stops sounding like work. We have watched it happen enough times to say it plainly.

Send us your date and headcount, and we will come back with options.

Fall Weddings, Showers, and Event Favors

Fall is peak season for weddings in Texas for a reason. The weather finally cooperates, and the palette does half the design work.

We come into those events two ways. Some couples run a blending session as a bridal party activity in the weeks before, which is a better afternoon than another brunch. Others go straight to favors: a custom scent poured into candles or room sprays with a custom label, made in a fragrance chosen for the day. Guests keep those. A candle with a date on it stays on a shelf far longer than a printed cocktail napkin.

Event planners and venues do this at volume, and the fall scents are an easy starting point because the palette already fits an October wedding. Autumn Nights in particular photographs and reads as evening.

Bring us the date and the guest count through the private event inquiry form. Favor runs need lead time, so September planning gets you an October or November event without anyone rushing.

A Signature Scent With a Seasonal Layer

The most sophisticated version of what we do is a brand that owns a fragrance and then adjusts it slightly across the year.

Here is what that looks like in practice. Your signature scent runs year-round, and it is the thing customers recognize. In October, we shift the profile a few degrees warmer, or introduce a seasonal companion in the same family, so the space feels like fall without feeling like a different brand. In January, it comes back. Customers never consciously notice the change, and that is the point. What they notice is that your space always feels like the time of year it actually is.

This takes a fragrance built with the season in mind from the start, which is another argument for starting the conversation in September rather than after the holidays. A scent composed in autumn can be built to hold up in a cooled summer room later. Going the other direction takes more work.

If your brand already has a look and a voice, this is the layer worth designing next. If you want the industry-by-industry version of this, it lives in a scent people recognize, built for the work you do.

Made Clean, Made in Dallas

Everything we make is built on clean, skin-safe, soy-based formulations, blended by professional perfumers, and hand-poured in Dallas with locally sourced materials. Our smallest candles burn 40 hours or more.

This matters more in the fall than in any other season, because fall is when scent gets heavy-handed everywhere else. Walk through most stores in October, and the air is doing too much. A well-composed spiced fragrance is warm without being loud, and that comes down to the quality of the materials rather than the amount of them.

It also matters in the spaces we scent for businesses. A clinic, a dental practice, a gym, or a family-facing shop cannot run a fragrance that gives anybody a headache by hour three. Clean formulation is what makes commercial scenting workable in the rooms where people are most sensitive to the air around them.

You can read more about how CRAV started and what we hold to on our mission page.

What the First Conversation Looks Like

For businesses, the first step is a Scent Strategy conversation, and it costs nothing.

You share a little about your space, your audience, and what you want people to feel when they walk in, through the Request a Consultation form under Business Solutions. Rough answers are welcome and honestly more useful than a polished brief. "We run four leasing offices, and every one of them smells like carpet" tells us more than a two-page document.

From there we talk. What the room is, who moves through it, what should happen in the first few seconds. We work out whether this is a seasonal program, a signature scent, a gifting run, an event, or some combination. If your goal points somewhere smaller than you expected, we will say so.

You leave with a clear picture either way: what scent could do for your brand, what the path looks like, and where September puts you on the calendar. That is useful on its own, whether or not you go further with us.

Where to Find Us This Fall

Our flagship studio is at 910 S Pearl Expressway in the Dallas Farmers Market, open 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Our second studio is at 6775 Cowboys Way #1315 at The Star in Frisco. Hours vary by season, so check Connect With Us or call 469-466-2876 before you make the drive.

Both studios carry the Fall Collection now, and both run the Candle Bar and the Perfume Bar. Walk-ins are welcome, though the bars have limited seats per slot and Saturday fills up first.

Serving Dallas, Frisco, and Brands Anywhere

Our studios sit in Dallas and Frisco, and guests drive in from across the Metroplex for the bars and private events.

  • Dallas area: Dallas, Oak Cliff, Deep Ellum, Uptown, Highland Park, University Park, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Grand Prairie

  • North of the city: Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton, Addison, Lewisville, Flower Mound

  • Broader Metroplex: Fort Worth, Arlington, Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, Denton, Rockwall, Mansfield

Scent programs and product shipping are a different story. Most of the work happens through conversation, samples in the mail, and a shared brief, so we build for brand partners well outside Texas. If your locations are in three states, that is a logistics question rather than an obstacle.

What Our Guests Say

We hold a 4.9-star rating across more than 40 Google reviews, and the ones we reread tend to be about the same thing.

Dolores P. wrote about the perfume side: "A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. The perfume scent selection process was absolutely amazing. You can really feel the dedication, care, and special attention they give to helping you find the perfect fragrance."

Spring E. came in for a friend's birthday and left with this: "They don't just create products, they create moments." She also singled out Ashley by name, which we like, because the people at the counter are most of the experience.

Read the rest on our Google Business Profile, and if you have been in, we would love yours.
